Dantae Davis, otherwise called “Donte”, is in police custody after surrendering on Sunday evening in connection with the deadly arson and gun attack on Kidd Lane in St Andrew.
Davis, whose address is listed as 14 Kidd Lane, had been named a person of interest. He is now being questioned by detectives.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Michael Phipps, commanding officer for Area 4, said investigators are still seeking ten other persons of interest in connection with the killings, an arson attack and other crimes in the St Andrew South Police Division.
Meanwhile, National Security Minister Dr Horace Chang described the attack as brutal and warned that ongoing gang conflict could lead to further retaliation.
