Kim Kardashian is asking a court to extend a restraining order against a man she says remains “delusional, angry and obsessed,” despite the order being in place since 2021.
According to court documents filed by her attorneys, Nicholas Costanza has allegedly continued to violate the existing court order by sending Kardashian numerous messages over the years and repeatedly posting about her on social
media.
Kardashian claims Costanza has mentioned her approximately 80 times online, referring to himself as her “soulmate” and insisting they were destined to start a family together.
The filing also references an alleged incident in September 2024, when Costanza is accused of unlawfully entering a home he claimed he had purchased with Kardashian. She alleges he then made disturbing social media posts directing her and members of her family to meet him.
According to the court filing, Costanza was arrested two days later on charges including stalking, burglary and possession of methamphetamine.
Kardashian first obtained the restraining order in July 2021 after alleging that Costanza sent her a package containing a diamond ring and emergency contraceptive pills, and repeatedly appeared at her home.
She is now asking the court to renew the restraining order for another five years and to extend its protections to members of her family.
