Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly transported from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey early Saturday morning for medical treatment following a head injury, according to TMZ.
The entertainment outlet, citing sources at the federal prison, reported that an ambulance left the facility around 1 a.m.
Combs reportedly returned to the prison before sunrise and was conscious and speaking. The circumstances surrounding the injury remain unclear, and TMZ said it had not confirmed where he received treatment.
The reported incident follows his placement in a special housing unit amid allegations that he had access to alcohol, a cellphone and massages behind bars. TMZ also reported that he was involved in a fight with another inmate in July.
According to the outlet, Combs’ projected release date has shifted from January 2028 to March 2028.
