Sean Morris and Jodi Munn-Barrow emerged as the top performers at the recent Constant Spring Golf Classic, delivering standout first-round performances that ultimately secured their victories and held off any strong challenges from the field.
Munn-Barrow produced one of her finest rounds at the Constant Spring Golf Club, firing an impressive five-under-par 65 on a course known for its narrow and demanding layout. She followed up on day two with a solid seven-over-par 77, finishing with a combined score of two-over-par 142 to claim the Ladies title.

Reflecting on her performance, Munn-Barrow expressed satisfaction with her weekend outing, particularly her opening round. “Saturday’s round of 65 was somewhat unexpected. While I was coming off a fairly decent showing in Trinidad, I didn’t anticipate playing that well. I’m very happy with the overall result and the tournament, especially as it marks our final qualifier for the year. We’re now looking ahead to our Easter event, which will be the first qualifier for the new calendar year,” she said.

Morris, returning to competitive golf after nearly a year away, was equally pleased with his victory. “It’s good to be back in the winner’s circle. I took a bit of a sabbatical due to personal matters, so to return and win feels great. My first-day score definitely set the tone, even though the second day was more challenging,” he shared.
His second-round performance saw him card eight bogeys, a double bogey, a triple bogey, and a four-over on the 17th hole, finishing with a 15-over-par 85. Despite the struggles, Morris held on for the win. “A couple of big numbers pushed my score up, but a win is a win. It was tough across the board, with scores rising compared to the first day,” he added.
Morris also highlighted the difficult playing conditions on day two, noting strong, unpredictable winds and fast greens that made club selection and shot execution more challenging. “The wind was coming from all directions, and the greens were firm and quick, making approach shots tricky. While the course played fairly, there were a few unfortunate breaks in uncut areas that impacted my score,” he explained.
Dave Cameron secured second place with rounds of 82 and 81 for a total of 23-over-par 163, while Vikram Dhiman finished third with a combined 26-over-par 166.
In the Men & Men Senior 7–12 category, Dr. Carl Bruce dominated with a total of 30-over-par 170, finishing 11 shots ahead of Cedric Blair, who placed second with 181. Paul Gray took third place with 46-over-par 186.
The Men Super Senior 0–12 category ended in a tie, with Carlyle Hudson and Mile Gleichman both posting scores of 169 over the two days. William Mahfood finished third with a total of 172.
