Content creator l Jhaedee ‘Jaii Frais’ Richards is set to appear in court on Wednesday following charges stemming from the April 12 shooting at the Big Wall party.
Richards was formally charged on Friday with wounding with intent, shooting with intent, unauthorised possession of ammunition, possession of a prohibited weapon, and using a prohibited weapon to commit a felony.
Police reported that Richards and music producer Jahvel ‘Jahvy Ambassador’ Morrison were attending the event when a dispute reportedly developed between them.
Investigators allege that during the confrontation, a firearm was drawn and both men opened gunfire. Richards and another man were reportedly wounded during the incident.
Both men were later taken into police custody, and authorities reported the seizure of two Glock 19 pistols in connection with the matter.
A third man was also injured in the shooting. The case is scheduled to proceed in court on Wednesday.
