Police in St James Parish are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at the New Testament Church of God located on Water Lane in Montego Bay.
According to Senior Superintendent Eron Samuels, head of the St James Police Division, a female was injured during the attack on the church premises. She was transported to hospital for medical treatment.
Law enforcement officers have since secured the location, with the area currently cordoned off as investigations continue.
