Woman Charged After Stabbing Boyfriend : A man from St. Andrew has been hospitalized in critical condition after being stabbed almost fatally by his girlfriend during a domestic dispute at their residence in Lawrence Tavern on Sunday.
The girlfriend, identified as 29-year-old Havakaye Brown from the Mount Ogle district in Lawrence Tavern, has been charged with Wounding With Intent.
According to reports from the Constant Spring police, the incident occurred around 11:45 am when an argument erupted between the common-law couple at their home.
Brown allegedly used a knife to stab her boyfriend multiple times, resulting in serious injuries that required him to be rushed to the hospital.
Following the incident, a report was filed with the police leading to Brown’s arrest and subsequent charges.
