Westmoreland Man Gunned Down: The Ramble police are investigating the shooting death of a man who was reportedly out on bail for murder and shooting.
He has been identified as Ricardo Warren, also known as ‘Tex,’ from Petersfield in Westmoreland, but he was living in Mount Carey, St. James, as part of his bail conditions.
Reports indicate that on Friday morning, around 6:45 am, Warren was driving his Toyota motor car along a section of Burnt Ground main road in Ramble, Hanover, heading from Westmoreland toward Mount Carey in Anchovy, St. James.
A motorcycle carrying a male and female pillion rider pulled up beside him, and the rider brandished a handgun, opening fire and hitting him multiple times.
The shooters then fled the scene on the motorcycle, while the wounded man was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
