Westmoreland Illegal Guns and Ammo Bust – Female “Boss” Arrested

Westmoreland, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – Westmoreland Illegal Guns: Police detectives acting on intelligence carried out a search in the parish of Westmoreland, which uncovered illegal firearms and an assortment of ammunition. A female alleged to be the leader or an illegal operation was arrested, among four persons.

Mckoy’s News understands that at about 5: 45 am, the Westmoreland Police Divisions carried out a search operation at a premise on Dalling Street in the parish on Saturday, February 10. This operation resulted in the discovery and seizure of two illegal 2 9mm Glock pistols, and an assortment of illegal ammunition: (42) 9mm cartridges, (21) .40 cartridges, and (4) magazines.

Westmoreland Police reportedly arrested a female and three men in the connection with the find, at this time their identities are not being revealed pending further investigations into the illegal firearms.
