Jamaica News, Montego Bay: Several citizens from the Westgate Hills community of Montego Bay staged a successful Westgate Hills Family Funday on Saturday, May 25, at the Westgate Hills football field.
The family fun-day saw several business people who set up booths and displayed their items for sale. The event started at 8 a.m. with music and Kiddies Village as the two major attraction. Additionally, there was a health fair where people got their pressure tested.
Montego Bay own cultural singer Mackie Conscious took to the Microphone and commended the organization for staging the event. Gordon Baldie, a citizen from the area who got his pressure tested, was pleased with the Family Fun Day.
“This is a good venture I hope it will make a quick return to the community,” said Baldie who was tested by Sharon.
