Vehicle Owned by Missing Bus Driver Found with Stains in Hanover

Jamaica Crime News, Hanover: The Hanover police have confirmed that a Toyota Hiace minibus, which is owned by Lloyd Buchanan, was discovered abandoned at a location in Lucea, Hanover on Monday morning, October 1.

The 53-year-old bus operator who hails from Kendal community in Hanover was reported missing on Friday, September 28.

The Lucea police reported that about 8:00 a.m. on Monday,  a bus which Buchanan use to ply the Negril to Lucea route was discovered abandoned at a section of Lucea Known as “First Hill”.

The police further stated that, the vehicle was discovered abandoned in the directions of the RADA office, an investigation was carried out and what appeared to be blood stains were also discovered in the vehicle.

Family and friends of the missing bus operator are now combing sections of bushes in the area, in a bid to locate him.
