Trelawny, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Police investigators have released new details surrounding the sudden death of 59-year-old Judge Ruth Lawrence, whose lifeless body was discovered inside her Coral Spring Village home in Duncans, Trelawny, on Tuesday, September 30.
Reports are that Lawrence, a respected member of the judiciary, was at home with her common-law spouse when tragedy struck. According to statements given to police, the spouse recalled hearing the judge saying she “could not move” after allegedly consuming a toxic substance. Moments later, her condition worsened, and she was rushed to the Falmouth Public Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
