Westmoreland, Jamaica – Two teenagers have been slapped with charges of simple larceny following an incident along Barracks Road in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, on Saturday, September 13.
Reports are that about 4:40 p.m., the teens allegedly went to a man’s house and stole his 2016 Zamco motorcycle from his garage. The bike is valued at approximately J$260,000.
The matter was reported to the police, who quickly launched an investigation. Following operations carried out by lawmen, the teenagers were arrested and later charged.
Their court date is being finalised.
