Truck Driver and Occupants Narrowly Missed Being Killed, After Truck Overturned in Trelawny

Jamaica News: Seven persons, including a truck driver, narrowly missed being killed, after the truck in which they were traveling lost control, and overturned along a section of the Salt Marsh main road in Trelawny, on Wednesday evening, September 25.
Reports by the Falmouth police are that about 5:00 p.m., the driver of an Isuzu motor truck was traveling from Falmouth towards Montego Bay, with seven passengers on board the truck.
On reaching a section of the Salt Marsh main road, the driver lost control of the vehicle which skidded in wet conditions and overturned.
The truck then crashed into the mangrove, resulting in the driver and all the occupants escaping with minor injuries.
They were taken to the hospital, where they were treated and released.
