Hanover Teenager Killed in St. James Crash

A 19-year-old boy died from injuries he sustained following his involvements in a motor vehicle accident which occurred along a section of the Unity Hall main road, in St James, on Tuesday, September 24.
The dead teen has been identified as Shane Dixon, of Cascade address in Hanover.
Three other persons who were also involved in the crash are presently at a hospital, in serious but stable condition.
Reports by Anchovy police are that about 2:30 a.m., Shane and the four other persons were travelling in a Toyota Isis motor car, from the directions of Montego Bay, towards Hanover.
On reaching a section of the Unity Hall main road, the driver lost control of the vehicle which overturned.
Shane and all four other occupants received serious injuries and were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead, and the other victims admitted in serious condition.
