The Bethel Town Police in Westmoreland have arrested three men in connection with the recovery of a stolen Black Champion motorcycle, the seizure of an illegal firearm, and the discovery of dozens of lead sheets during an operation carried out in York district, Bethel Town, Westmoreland, on Thursday night.
The men have been identified so far only as ‘Samson,’ ‘Jack,’ and ‘Artist,’ all of Bethel Town addresses.
Reports are that on Thursday around 10:00 PM, a man rode home on his Black Champion motorcycle in Bethel Town, where he was held at gunpoint and robbed of his motorcycle.
The police were informed of the armed robbery, and on Sunday morning around 5:00 AM, a team of officers from the Bethel Town Police Station went to a house in a section of the community known as Ducketts, where a search was conducted.
During the search of the yard, the lawmen found the stolen Champion motorcycle and a Black Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol. Further searches led to the discovery of dozens of lead sheets with addresses, telephone numbers, names, and other personal information of persons living overseas, along with several cellphones and other items used in lottery scamming.
