Jamaica Crime News: Skeletal Remains Found in Sewage Pit in St James – The Fire Department will revisit the scene in the vicinity of the SOS Children’s Village in Lilliput, St James, in an attempt to remove skeletal remains from a manhole.
Mckoy’s News learned that shortly after 6:00 p.m., on Sunday, February 10, persons in the area smell a foul odour coming from the directions of the Manhole in the vicinity of Children’s Village, and went to investigate.
Upon investigating they stumbled upon the skeletal remains in the Manhole and alerted the police.
The lawmen went to the scene but due to poor lighting, they were unable to start removing the skeletal remains.
A police source told our news team that they will revisit the scene today, Monday, February 11, in an attempt to remove the skeletal remains and to carrying out investigations at the scene.
