St. James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Six Killed Within A Seven Day Period: Since the start of the week a total of six persons have been murdered in the parish of St. James.
An additional five other persons were taken to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, and admitted in serious condition, after they too, were shot by gunmen in separate incidents.
With just over two months and one week remaining in the year 2017, a total of 242 persons have been brutally slain in the parish of St. James.
The police have now stepped up their presence around the inner city and the outer communities of St. James in a bid to curve crime.
