Young Chef Murdered In Anchovy, St.James

St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) –Young Chef Murdered: The Anchovy police in the parish of St James, have launched investigations into the shooting death of a man in the community on Thursday afternoon.

Dead is Henry Rose, 23 year- old chef of Montpellier District, also in St James.

Reports by the police are that. Shortly after 6:15 pm on Thursday, October 20, Rose was traveling with his father in their Suzuki Grand Vitara, from the direction of Montego Bay.

On reaching a section of the roadway known as Pond Road, two men armed with handguns, jumped from the bushes and opened fire on the vehicle. The father, who was driving the vehicle. sped away, but not before Rose received gunshot wounds to his upper body.

The wounded man was rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
