Golden Valley, St Thomas — The body of a woman who was reported missing on Sunday evening was found in Golden Valley, St Thomas, earlier today.
The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Roshni Bonfield, also known as Denesha, of a Golden Valley address.
Bonfield’s semi-nude body was discovered in bushes around 10:30 am with wounds to her forehead. According to police reports, she was last seen leaving her home around 3:00 pm on Sunday. Her disappearance was reported to the Seaforth police station later that evening at approximately 7:00 pm.
The discovery has left residents of the usually quiet community shaken. Investigators are currently working to determine the circumstances surrounding her death, and they are urging anyone with information to contact the police.
