Dancehall artiste Rygin King has reportedly left the island for the U.S for treatment.
This is relation to effects from gunshot wounds received last year.
Rygin King was shot three times when he and his entourage were attacked. A bullet reportedly grazed his spine in the ordeal.
Rygin King has released music since the incident.
