A 36-year-old technician in Manchester has been charged with rape by detectives from the Mandeville Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA).
Nickoy Green, also known as ‘Sixteen’ from Green Street in Knock Patrick, Manchester, is being charged with Rape, Indecent Assault, Grievous Sexual Assault, and Forcible Abduction.
According to reports, on Thursday afternoon, Green who was heading from his home towards Mandeville, offered a female a ride.
He reportedly drove the vehicle to an isolated section of the community and allegedly sexually assaulted her.
Upon receiving a report, the police conducted an investigation which led to Green’s arrest. He was then placed before an identification parade, and subsequently charged.
