Portland Police Release Composite Sketch of Robbery Suspect

Law enforcement officials in Portland have published a composite sketch of a man being sought in relation to an alleged fraud incident at a local guest house.

Investigators from the San San Police say the man is known by the aliases “Dr. Jamaurie Allen,” “Dr. Jay,” and “Jay,” and is believed to be living in Montego Bay.

Reports indicate that about 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, the suspect allegedly used deceptive means to acquire liquor valued at more than JMD $100,000 from the property. He reportedly left without settling payment, and subsequent attempts to reach him have not been successful.

Authorities are calling on the individual to turn himself in at the police station without delay. Members of the public who can assist the investigation are being asked to contact the San San Police at 876-993-3220, Crime Stop Jamaica at 311, the 119 emergency line, or the nearest police station.
