The St James police are in search of a suspect who reportedly shot and killed a popular tattoo artist at his home in Pitfour Captured Land, St James, last Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Adrian Dixon, of Captured Land in Pitfour.
Reports indicate that around 3:00 am, Dixon was at home with family members when he was called outside by a man known to him.
Dixon went outside to talk to the man, and gunshots were immediately heard coming from the yard.
Later that morning, around 6:00 am, Dixon’s body was found lying in a pool of blood beside a zinc fence along the roadway.
The police were summoned, and upon arrival, the scene was processed, and the body was removed to the morgue for a post-mortem examination.
