Pig Farmer Fatally Shot: The Hanover police have launched an investigation into the shooting death of a pig farmer in the Logwood community on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Jamar Myles, also known as ‘Buss Head’, residing at Fish River Road in Logwood, Hanover, and Siloah community in St. Elizabeth.
According to reports, around 6:00 am, Myles left his home to tend to his pigs on his farm when several gunshots rang out from the vicinity.
Despite numerous attempts to reach Myles via phone calls, there was no response. Concerned residents decided to search for him.
Upon arriving at the farm around 1:00 pm, Myles was found lying in a pool of blood with gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The police were notified and upon their arrival, the scene was processed, and the body was subsequently removed to the morgue for a post-mortem examination.
