Westmoreland Man Killed: A tragic incident occurred in Westmoreland on Monday, resulting in the death of a young man who was allegedly knocked from his motorcycle by a police officer.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Enjorde Roach, also known as ‘Jorde’, hailing from Orange Hill in Darliston, Westmoreland.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 12:00 mid-day when Roach was riding his motorcycle along the Petersfield main road towards Savanna la Mar. It was at this point that a police officer, driving a Honda CRV motor vehicle, made a turn across his path.
Roach collided with the side of the Honda vehicle and was subsequently thrown from his motorcycle onto the roadway. The impact resulted in severe head and body injuries.

Emergency services rushed him to the hospital where he was admitted in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, Roach tragically succumbed to his injuries.
