A major traffic disruption has developed in the Bog Walk Gorge, St Catherine, after an early morning crash rendered the roadway impassable.
Reports from the police indicate that a trailer truck overturned along the Flat Bridge around 6:25 a.m. on Tuesday, obstructing the main route through the gorge.
The incident has significantly affected the movement of vehicles, with traffic backing up in the surrounding areas as commuters attempt to navigate the blockage.
Authorities are currently working to remove the vehicle and restore normal traffic flow.
In the meantime, motorists are being encouraged to divert to alternate routes such as Sligoville, Barry, or the toll road in order to minimize delays.
