Authorities in Westmoreland are investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that occurred on Saturday evening along the Fort Williams main road.
The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Maurice Robinson of Fort Williams, Westmoreland.
According to reports, Robinson was riding his motorcycle about 5 p.m. when he crashed into a parked Toyota Coaster motor truck. The impact left him with severe injuries and caused extensive damage to the motorcycle.
He was assisted to the Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Whithorn Police are conducting investigations into the fatal crash.
