Police in Clarendon are continuing investigations into a deadly shooting at a bar in Rocky Point on Monday night that left two women dead and a man hospitalized.
The victims have been identified as 61-year-old fish vendor Norma Spence and her 41-year-old daughter, Kerry Ann Scott. Detectives say they are still trying to determine the motive behind the attack.
According to reports from investigators, the incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. when three armed men entered the establishment and opened fire on patrons. Spence, Scott, and a male victim were all struck by gunshots during the assault.
The assailants reportedly fled the area on foot after the shooting.
All three victims were transported to hospital, where Spence and Scott were pronounced dead on arrival. The injured man was admitted for medical treatment.
Police say the probe remains ongoing.
