Clarendon, Jamaica – The May Pen Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate 21-year-old American national Orah Teller-Miszrahi, who has not been heard from since arriving on the island Friday afternoon.
Teller-Miszrahi, of Evergreen Avenue, Lakewood, New Jersey, is described as a white female, medium build, about 5 feet 9 inches tall.
According to police reports, at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Friday, the young woman contacted a family friend to say she had landed at Sangster International Airport in St. James and had been picked up by a male companion. Since then, all attempts to reach her have been unsuccessful.
Investigators are urging anyone with information on Teller-Miszrahi’s whereabouts to contact the May Pen Police at 876-986-2208, call 119, or visit the nearest police station.
