Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Mass Killing Threat: the Wolmer’s Boy’s High School in Kingston is presently under heavy security as a result of a voice note which is being circulated on social media. The voice note is alleged to be a Wolmer’s High student who can be heard spewing threats at other students.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) along with an investigative team is currently carrying out an inquiry into the threats that were made against the students at the institution.
“An active multi-agency investigation is now underway and the matter is being treated with the highest level of attention,” police said on Monday morning.
In the voice note which lasts over ten minutes, the enraged boy can be heard ranting about friends who shun him. He then proceeded to list the names of some students and issued threats against them.
Individuals are being advised to refrain from circulating the voice note, as it may cause unnecessary chaos.
The Police High Command is asking for assistance from persons who may have information that can help with the investigation to contact the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Branch (CTOC) at 967-1389, 811, Crime Stop at 311 or by using the Stay Alert App to submit information.
