Hanover, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The Lucea police in the parish of Hanover say they are now in search of a man whose is know so far only as “Neko”, and he is a Person of Interest in connection with the shooting and wounding of three persons in the area on Wednesday, March 14.

Reports by the police are that on Wednesday, March 14, the accused man went to a section of the area known as Brissett, where he opened fire on a group of persons at an establishment.

Three persons were shot and injured during the attack. They were transported to the Noel Holmes Hospital where they were treated and admitted in serious condition.

Following investigations, the police have now identified the man known so far only as Neko, as the Person of Interest in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information that could lead to the whereabouts of this man are being asked to contact the Lucea CIB at 956-2304, 119 or the nearest police station.
