St Catherine, Jamaica: The Portmore Criminal Investigation Branch is actively probing the shooting death of a 51-year-old labourer in Gregory Park, St Catherine, on Friday night.
The victim, identified as Adrian Campbell, also known by the alias ‘Skoon,’ was fatally shot in the Hamilton Gardens community around 8 p.m.
According to reports, residents of Hamilton Gardens alerted authorities after hearing a series of gunshots.
Upon arrival, police discovered Campbell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Spanish Town Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, with investigators yet to determine a motive for the killing.
