Kingston Men Charged: Two men were arrested and charged with murder by the Kingston police over the weekend, after they were caught mixing cement and burying the body of a man in a pit over a week ago.
The men have been identified as 21-year-old Norman Dickens, also known as “Bob,” and 21-year-old Orlando Hamilton, also known as “Babba.” Both are from Burger Avenue in Kingston. They have been charged with the murder of 39-year-old Andre Allen, who also lived on Burger Avenue.
According to reports, the police were informed after witnesses saw both suspects mixing concrete and covering a pit in a yard.
An investigation was conducted, and Allen’s decomposed body was found in the pit. Investigators believe he was killed by a group of men inside the yard sometime between May 18 and May 25.
