Kingston Central Police Seize Illegal Firearm and Ammunition in Allman Town

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Law enforcement officers assigned to the Kingston Central Police made the seizure of a .45 Colt firearm along with four .45 cartridges during an operation on Regent Street in Allman Town, Kingston 4, earlier today.

Police reported that no individual was taken into custody in connection with the find. Investigators are continuing inquiries as efforts progress to determine the circumstances surrounding the weapon’s presence in the area.

The seizure forms part of ongoing policing measures aimed at removing illegal firearms and ammunition from communities. Authorities have not released further details at this time as the investigation remains active.
