The St James police are reporting that an illegal handgun was found by residents along a section of Howard Cooke Boulevard in Montego Bay, and handed over to them on the weekend.
Reports are that about 8:00am, residents found a brown paper bag along a section of Howard Cooke Boulevard and found it to contain a .38 Smith and Wesson revolver.
No one was arrested in connection with this latest seizure.
