Honey Bun Recalls Select Cheese Bread Batches Over Possible Contamination

Kingston, Jamaica – Honey Bun Limited has announced a precautionary recall of select batches of its cheese bread following internal quality checks that revealed potential foreign material contamination.

In a statement on Wednesday, the company emphasized that no illnesses have been reported, but the recall is being conducted “out of an abundance of caution” to protect consumer health and maintain product quality.

The affected products are Honey Bun Cheese Bread with production dates of August 24 and 25, 2025, carrying batch codes ranging from H13 112408 to 252508. Customers are urged not to consume the recalled items and to return them to the point of purchase for a full exchange.

Honey Bun stressed that all other products, including cheese bread from unaffected batches, remain safe for consumption. The company thanked customers for their continued trust and apologized for any inconvenience caused by the recall.
