Hanover, Jamaica (McN) – Hanover taxi driver shot dead early Sunday morning, while two children and a woman where also injured in the gunfire attack on the taxi operator.
Dead is Andrew Malcolm of a Lucea, Hanover address.
Reports are that shortly after 1 am Malcom went to an area known as Bigwell Lane in Lucea, Hanover. As he entered the lane, men travelling on motorcycles fired several shots aimed at him, hitting and killing him.
During the shooting, three persons including two children who were reportedly shot and injured.
Police are investigating the motive for the murder.
