Jamaica Crime News, St Elizabeth: Detectives attached to the Santa Cruz Police Station are now carrying out investigations, surrounding the shooting death of a man at his home, in Gutter’s District in the parish on Tuesday morning, June 12, 2018.
Dead is, 49-year-old Franklyn Bell, otherwise called “Grumpy” of Essex in Gutter district in St Elizabeth.
Missing Common-law Couple Remains Found in Burnt Vehicles in St Ann
Reports by the Santa Cruz police are that, shortly after 3:25 a.m. on Tuesday morning, residents heard explosions coming from the directions of Bell’s house and alerted the police.
Upon the arrival of the police, Bell was discovered lying in a pool of blood on the premises with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was later transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
