The Trelawny police have arrested and charged three men in connection with a shooting incident in Clarks Town, Trelawny, last Tuesday, June 4, where three persons, including an elderly woman, were shot and injured.
The men charged have been identified as 23-year-old Andre Hall, 26-year-old Romar McIntosh, and 27-year-old Marvin Nelson, all from the parish of Trelawny.
They have been charged with Shooting With Intent, Wounding With Intent, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Ammunition, and Using a Firearm to Commit a Felony.
Reports indicate that around 2:00 am, the men and other residents got involved in a domestic dispute at a premises along Paradise Street in Falmouth. They allegedly brandished handguns and opened fire on the elderly woman and two other male residents.
All three victims were transported to the hospital, where they were treated and admitted in serious condition.
Following an investigation, the three men were taken into custody and charged on Saturday.
