Disney Channel actress Carla Jeffery, best known for portraying Bree in the Z-O-M-B-I-E-S franchise, has died at age 33.
Jeffery’s talent agency, Alexanders Talent Management, announced her death on Instagram, saying it was sharing the news “with profound sadness.” The agency said the actress died Tuesday. No cause of death has been disclosed.
In its statement, the agency described Jeffery as a “beautiful, vibrant, and incredibly talented woman” whose smile could light up any room.
The agency said it had represented Jeffery for more than 20 years and that she was “more than a client,” describing her as family.
The talent agency extended its condolences to Jeffery’s loved ones and asked the public to respect their privacy during this difficult time.
“Rest beautifully, Carla. Your light will never be forgotten,” the agency said.
Jeffery’s death marks a loss for fans of the Disney Channel franchise, where she played Bree, a prominent character in the Z-O-M-B-I-E-S films.
