Latest Jamaica News, Montego Bay (McKoy’s News): CPJ Inventory Manager Found Dead – The St James Police are now carrying out investigations surrounding the death of a missing Inventory Manager, who was discovered in bushes in Retirement, St James, on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as 43-year-old Allie Jackson of Peters Avenue, in Montego Bay.
Reports by the police are that Jackson was last seen alive at his home in Peters Avenue, about 5:30 a.m., on Wednesday, January 29.
Following his disappearance, a missing person report was made at the Freeport Station and a search carried out to locate him.
The police acted upon information received and carried out a number of snap raids at several premises in Retirement community, where two men were taken into custody in connection with Jackson’s disappearance.
The police then went to a section of the community which borders Gutters district, where they stumbled upon a shallow grave containing a body believing to be that of the missing Inventory Manager.
Residents in Retirement told Mckoy’s News that Jackson went to meet up with a young man from the community, and he was killed.
The lawmen are currently still at the scene making attempts to exhume the body.
