Cons. Damian Hibbert was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident in Clarendon. He is currently at the May Pen Hospital undergoing surgery. He is said to have sustained a broken rib and a punctured lung. SP Tabannah and Cpl Archer are present at the Hospital. more info to come.
