The suspect, identified as Leighton White, also known by the alias ‘Bonz,’ is a resident of May Pen, Clarendon. White was taken into custody under unusual circumstances; he was reportedly attending a police station in the parish to fulfill bail conditions related to a prior shooting case when officers recognized him as a person of interest in the recent mass killing.
