PORTMORE, Jamaica — The body of a man missing since Thursday was discovered earlier today in an unfinished building in Bayside, Portmore, near Forum Beach. The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Marco-Miche Downer.
A passerby reportedly stumbled upon the body and immediately alerted the police. According to reports, a belt was found around Downer’s neck, raising concerns about the circumstances of his death.
Residents of Armada Court, where Downer lived, and relatives have converged on the scene as police continue their investigation. The community is in shock as they await further details from authorities.
