Antonio Mckoy CEO - Mckoy's NewsMontego Bay, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – Bench Warrant Issued After Court No-Show:  A St. James Parish Judge has issued a bench warrant for lotto scam suspect, Davon Fray, after he failed to appear in court this morning.

The 22 year-old Fray, who hails from Dumfries, is facing a charge of possession of identification information.

Reports are that on October 26, 2015, a team of police officers carried out an operation and visited Fray’s home where he was seen in his yard with an exercise book. The book was examined and was found to have eight sheets of paper containing identity information of persons residing overseas.

His cell phone was also checked and it revealed that recent calls to overseas numbers were made from that phone.

During today’s sitting, defence attorney Henry McCurdy told Parish Judge Sandria Wong-Small that his client had mistaken his court date for tomorrow but the judge was still not willing to stay the execution.
