Jamaica News, March 26, 2018 –  Auto Parts Store Manager Shot and Killed                                         

St Andrew, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – An elderly man who manages an Auto Parts Store along Central Road in Half Way Tree, St Andrew, was shot and killed by four gunmen on Friday afternoon, March 23, by men who came to his business place posing as customers.

The victim has been identified as Phillip Dillon, 55-year-old businessman of May Pen in Clarendon.

Reports by the police are that, shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon, Dillon was at his business place when four men posing as customers drove to the location and ordered parts for a motor vehicle.

After being served, the men were in the process of leaving the compound when they turned and open fire hitting the store manager all over his body. The gunmen then escaped in a motor car.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, Dillon was rushed to the Kingston Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
