The Clarendon police have launched a manhunt for suspects involved in the theft of an ATM machine in Longville Park, Clarendon, from Friday night into Saturday morning.
According to reports, the ATM was last seen intact on Friday, three days after being boarded up for protection from the hurricane. The machine had been closed to the public since Tuesday afternoon when it was secured with plywood.
On Saturday, it was discovered that the ATM was missing, and the incident was reported to the police. A search of the area led to the discovery of the ATM vault in Sandy Bay.
Investigators have revealed that a large, undetermined sum of money was stolen from the machine.
