Westmoreland, Jamaica (McN) – One man was killed following his involvements in a Westmoreland motor vehicle accident which occurred along a section of the cave main road in the parish of Westmoreland on Friday night.
Dead is Carl Lloyd Jones, 45-year-old of a Whitehouse district address also in Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 9:00 pm on Friday, Jones was driving his Toyota Caldina motorcar along the Cave main road when he lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle swerve to the right side of the roadway and collided into another vehicle which was travelling in the
opposite direction.
Both drivers sustained injuries and were rushed to the Sav la mar Hospital where Jones was pronounced dead and the other driver admitted in serious condition.
