Annie Charlotte Openly Discusses Life with Two Vaginas

Surrey, England – Annie Charlotte, a 26-year-old model from Surrey, has openly shared her experience living with uterus didelphys, a rare congenital condition diagnosed when she was 16 years old. This condition means Annie was born with a duplicated reproductive system, including two uteruses, two cervixes, and two vaginal canals.

A Rare Diagnosis at 16

Annie, who shares aspects of her life on her Instagram account @annieecharlotte and as a creator on OnlyFans, revealed that despite having two of each of these reproductive organs, they share a single set of ovaries. This unique anatomy presents “complete uncertainty” regarding her ability to conceive in the future.

Uterus didelphys is a condition that affects approximately 0.3% of the population, according to the Cleveland Clinic. While severe cases may require surgical intervention, most individuals with the condition do not need medical treatment.

From Fear to Acceptance

For Annie, the diagnosis at 16 was initially a daunting experience. “It was really quite scary,” she told Daily Mail. However, her perspective changed during her university years.
“I stopped looking at it as a medical issue, and all the problems that could arise from having children, and instead something that was just a super-cool aspect of myself because of people’s reactions — they would be shocked but also so interested,” she explained. “Now, I’ve completely embraced it and accepted it as part of myself, and I’ve never been more confident.”

Dating With Uterus Didelphys

Despite her self-acceptance, Annie acknowledges that her condition often shapes the early stages of her romantic relationships.
“Because I let people know quite early, or they’ve seen me in the papers, or they’ve seen my Instagram, my relationships start quite sexual, and that can be quite intense,” she shared.
“I feel like because of my condition the first thing that is spoken about is sex, and sometimes I just want someone to get to know me — not my vaginas.”

Navigating Stigma and Career Choices

Since venturing into content creation on OnlyFans, Annie has also faced judgment — both for her unique anatomy and her profession.
She noted that some men struggle with her career choice and the nature of her work.
“I’ve had partners before watch the tapes back and be like ‘you looked like you were enjoying sleeping with that guy more than you’ve ever with me,’” she said.
“People don’t feel comfortable with it, and they don’t date me at all because they can’t get past it.”

Empowerment Through Openness

Despite societal stigma and challenges in romantic relationships, Annie finds empowerment in her career and honesty.
“I don’t expect to come home and tell my partner how my day was on set with another man, but I want to feel not awkward about coming home and having a chat with them,” she added.

Most Partners Never Knew

Interestingly, Annie revealed in a previous interview with The Mirror that most of her intimate partners have been unaware of her condition during their encounters.
“None of them ever know. I’ve had experiences where I’ve told them ‘By the way I have two vaginas’ and they’re like, ‘What?’” she said, highlighting the often-unnoticeable nature of her condition during intimacy.
